The Current Dues Structure is in effect as of January 1, 2023.

If you are new or would like to renew, please complete the Membership Application and follow the directions below.

Also, if you are new, please contact our secretary, Dr. Jennifer O’Connor, at jennifer.oconnor@heartland.edu. We will add you to our membership roster and get you into the loop via our email listserve as quickly as possible.

HCIR dues cover one calendar year and are due by December 31. Monies collected are applied towards the Margaret Messer Student Research Grants, conference expenses for the annual HCIR Student Symposium, the Honors Director Professional Development Fund, and HCIR operational expenses. In order to participate in the HCIR Student Symposium, dues must be paid by the symposium date in February.

• A new institution is defined as an institution that has never paid dues before or had 5 or more years of inactivity in HCIR.

  Please note that as of January 1, 2026 the annual membership fee will be $100 for all institutions.
